Don't be surprised if you see a lot of SUV's on the Indian roads these coming years. Why? because every major car giant in India has either launched their new SUV or are working on it. Joining the league is the all new Nissan Murano. The success of Nissan Terrano in India made the company think about introducing it to the Indian car market. Though we have not received any confirmation or any reports from the company, but we strongly believe that the company might introduce the car to the Indian market during early 2016.
Speaking about its exterior, Nissan Murano inspired by the Resonance Concept brings stunning looks and muscular style. While a toned-down "V-Motion" nose, elegantly stylish front grille flanked by boomerang-shaped headlamps spice up the front and a floating roof design merging into aggressive overhangs with L-shaped captivating tail-lamp at the rear adds spark at the back. Sporty lines flowing across the side makes this car a head turner. Inside, a spacious cabin along with premium interiors, updated infotainment system and improved safety features will ensure a comfortable ride.
Under the hood, the car comes packed with a VQ-Series 3.5 litre V6 engine that churns out 265 bhp of maximum power generating 338 Nm of peak torque mated to a Xtronic (CVT) transmission box to provides the required grunt. The car also comes with an all-wheel-drive system and offers a fuel economy of 10 kmpl. when launched the car might come with a price-tag of around Rs 30 lac.
